^^ It will be a long shot. In NBA playoff history, only 3 teams have lost the first two games at home in a best-of-7 and yet have gone on to win the series: Lakers in '69, Rockets in '94 and Mavericks in '05. The Rockets and the Mavericks also needed 7 games to do it.

It's been done as recently as 2012 with the Thunder though strictly being down 0-2. OKC was likewise down 0-2 to the mighty Spurs. They won 4 straight to take it 4-2. But I was not referring to winning the series. I was just pointing out evening the series at 2-2 then best of 3 na lang where anything can happen. Cavs might still end up winning the series. But the Hawks still have a good chance of tying it at 2-2.

As much of a Hawks fan I am, I have to agree that this series is their worst performance all year long - they are playing scared. But a regular season team? Thats kinda ridiculous to say dont you think?

Well, that is what they've shown in the playoffs. Magaling sa regular season, pero looking at their series against the Nets (which they should have easily disposed of based on their regular season performance) and the Wizards, they are playing like a subpar team. And now they are going to be swept.
