It's about time. I find it odd that most stars are wearing Nike shoes and the jersey is Adidas. Great going, Nike!

Some pre-Game 4 trivia gathered from the internet to underscore the importance of winning tomorrow's game for the Warriors:

* No team has ever come back from a 1-3 series deficit in NBA Finals history to win the championship. 32 teams were in that position: 17 teams managed to extend the series to a Game 6, and only two teams were able to force a Game 7.

* The last team to face a 1-3 Finals deficit was LeBron James' 2014 Miami Heat. They lost to the Spurs on the road in Game 5 of last year's Finals, when the NBA Finals went back to the 2-2-1-1-1 format.

* But in NBA Playoffs history, under this 2-2-1-1-1 format, there's *some* hope for teams down 1-3 in the series. Nine teams (out of 215) have successfully rallied from such a deficit, with seven out of the nine enjoying HCA in the winner-take-all Game 7. The last team to do it was this year's Houston Rockets (over the LA Clippers).

Adiddas stated before the end of their deal with the NBA that they weren't earning that much with their basketball endeavor. Mukhang magfofocus na lang sila sa other sports. Dapat nga matagal nang Nike yung NBA. Before Adidas, Reebok yata. Tapos naalala ko pa Champion brand nung late 90s.hehe

They have 2 years more to supply NBA apparels. Nike will start on the 2017-2018 season. We should expect though that the nike nba merchandise will be priced higher. Better quality I guess.
