16 channels na ang nasagap ko nung kinabit ko yung home made outdoor antenna. Malakas nga siguro ang signal kapag gumamit nung mamahalin na antenna.

Mamya subukan kong ilagay sa ibabaw ng bubong yung magnetic stick antenna, baka mas maraming masagap na channel. Sa palagay ko parang okay lang din siyang mabasa ng ulan.

@digibox, sir ISDB-T po ba ito? Curious po lang kung may special needs na set specific ng Abs-cbn or as is lang? meron kasi akong nakitang android NMT na meron pong ISDB-T that can do recording etc.

Digital channels are on UHF and Baron was designed for VHF so I don't thinks it's a good choice. It's length perfectly matches Channel 2's wavelength (analog).

extended my coax and scanned outdoors ground level... got almost 20 channels.. but not all are broadcasting.. will yry mounting antenna on 5th floor.

Yung sa akin nilagay ko yung default antenna niya sa bubong ng 4th floor (nsa 3rd floor yung tv and digibox) nakasagap ako ng 28 channels pero 23 channels lang ang makikita mo. Additional boast kaya ng signal yung magagandang antenna. Medyo mahal din kasi.

i think the supplied antenna is weather proof because it looks like the radio antenna of most cars. my honda jazz car antenna has some similarities with it.

@disturbed uu ganun ginawa ko. meron kasing abang na coax papunta dun sa tv ko then ginawa ko dinugtong ko na lang yung antenna na galing sa digibox.

+1.....on UHF channels, it is best to use UHF antennas...

Apparently this is so. Although di ko pa naset ng maayos yung GreenTek antenna compared to the included antenna, the latter is better. Dinikit ko lang sa flashing ng fascia board mas maraming nasagap at mas maganda yung display. Yung greentek nagpipixilate kahit almost the same height level nung sinubukan ko.

I have shipped units to Cebu sir, Lahug and downtown area. They told me they have abs cbn digital signal there. ABS-CBN office and studios are located in Mandaue while their TX is located in Busay, the highest point in Cebu City. I assume there is signal also in Mandaue City.

No info on other channels sir, but they were happy with the exclusive channels from ABS-CBN.
