From the looks of it. It is only applicable android phones and tablets. Mukhang di pa ito pwede sa tv.

Plan ko bumili nito para sa 40 inch led TV namin.. Gusto ko sana cable kaso wala na rin naman akong time manood ng TV..

Any feedback kung malinaw ito sa 40 inches na TV?

I am using it on my 40inch myview..Para sa akin ok pa naman ang SD resolution..though mas maganda talaga pag hd sana.

The catch on the tvplus... It will have the exclusive ABS channels that other isdb-t box will not be able to decode. Worst case you will have ABS channels only. It is purely for ka-pamilya box...

Has this been confirmed? I've tried the Starmobile Engage 7TV+ Android tablet with ISDB-T tuner and it was only able to get ABS-CBN here in Cebu City.

Sir somebody have already confirmed from this forum that only abs-cbn have aired digital broadcast in cebu as of this time.

Sir, did you notice any difference in PQ?
I would think using the TV's digital tuner gives you clearer picture since you get the native resolution of the broadcast and there's no digital to analog conversion.

Sir I agree with it. I noticed this also. Using the analog broadcast of GMA News TV on the built-in analog tuner of the TV, I get a more detailed picture compared to the digitally broadcasted GMA News TV on the SkyTV plus. I think its on the conversion ( analog ~ digital ) and compression of media to fit the desired resolution.

It's clearer in Devant. Devant 50" LED Full HD vs in Samsung Plasma 51" FullHD.

I was not able to test the TV plus connected to the Devant, I only used the antenna.

so far, tvplus is helping the market evolve.
yun nga lang, na double charge ang consumer sahil sa high expectation nila sa tv plus and eventually mag pay tv pa rin.

buti na lang pwede ibenta.

May kalaban na ang mahiwagang black box, cybertecbox ang tawag, may HDMI output, media player, at pwedeng mag record ng palabas. Walang premium channel ng ABS. The same price din.
