Measy Media Player can't detect hard drive

Help!

My media player suddenly doesn't recognize the WD hard drive! What should I do?

I've had a Measy A3 before and if it doesn't recognize the hdd try moving the usb cable at the slot of the player and wag mo isagad ang pagkasaksak medyo half to 3/4 lang baka sakali mabasa.

Try to replace usb cable ....

Happened to an old medi8ter. Now player is used by an older non/smart tv.

Try using another Power Supply if you have any.
