Since Atty. Teta started a thread on 2A3 recommended tubes, let's start another one - this time on recommended EL-84 tubes. What are you currently using or what have you used before? What makes them your favorite EL-84 tubes (sonic character)?

if you can find the old Philips miniwatts el84/6bq5's then you are lucky...
nagkalat sa pinas ang mga yan even during the 70's, best sounding to my ears as i remember...
