In Season 31, the fans get to vote who they want to appear in Second Chances (all non-winners).

No. According to CBS, if any of those castaways end up winning, then they will be disqualified to join Season 31.  So, you can vote for them but of course, the producers know who will be disqualified to join next season already.

My thing with the voting is that many current viewers/voters will not be too familiar with those from the earlier seasons, so people who I think are deserving like Kelly Wiglesworth and Andrew Savage will probably not be able to get in.

Something similar happened when CBS tried the "Vote for the contestants" scheme on Big Brother. Ultimately, they had I think 4 slots that were producer's choice, since voters didn't know/vote for the interesting contestants from earlier seasons who would make the group exciting to watch.

i started watching Survivor (again) starting Season 28 eh.. so I'm not familiar with the other castaways

The voting process doesn't work to the advantage of the earlier players. I wanted to vote just for Savage and Wiglesworth to increase their rankings against the others, but it requires you to vote for 10 guys and 10 girls at a time. Incomplete ballots not accepted.

I hope enough people remember them to get them back in the game.

id also like to see troyzan back, he's rather one of the entertaining players from one world.

damn i cant remember most of the cast from the earlier season. too bad i already deleted some seasons from my collection.

Mostly happy with the cast. A lot of the ones I voted for got in. Medyo kinapos lang sa eye candy yung naging final results, but the interesting/deserving ones generally made it.

That I remember, that is. Medyo marami-rami rin yung "Sino nga ba yan?" sa utak ko nung pinipili na ni Jeff.
