Dapat ilagay si Jerry West sa spot ni Kobe.  Walang shooting ang Lakers.

Kobe shot 48.1% 2p FG vs Jerry West at 47.4%.

Lakers won't need that much shooting anyway since they would just run over undersized Rodman and Grant with Shaq and Kareem. Then off the bench Chamberlain! haha

Wala din shooting yung Bulls anyway so this will be a post battle more than anything else.

You are underestimating though how effective Grant, Rodman Pippen and Jordan when it comes to defending the lane and paint.  They can be disruptive.  They are all also quick enough to double team and still recover to defend their assignments.  So a kick out to a shooter would offset that.

About Kobe and West, you are comparing overall 2pt FG% though.  Kobe is around 38% from 10 feet beyond. It becomes worse beyond 16 feet at 36%.  Hardly would you classify that as a shooter.  West makes a living from 10 feet and beyond. The 47% FG percentage you posted also includes 3pt distance but only counted as a 2.

Shaq-Kareem can just go high post-low post. But yeah, would be nice to have a pure shooter. Kobe isn't one, that's for sure.

Are there stats to West's shot percentages from different ranges? Would like to see if you can point me to source?

All I found were general stats for 2pts kasi.

Mahirap yun combination na high post low post for Shaq & Kareem.  Sigurado one of them by virtue of not being in the post would negate that player's strength.  Mas maganda pa if Worthy plays the 4 in combination with either center.  Worthy would certainly compliment either one.  Si Baylor pa nga baka manggulo pa sa paint.  Imagine Shaq, Kareem and Baylor magsisikip sa loob.

Walang stats si Jerry West yata.  But from tons of articles, rankings and highlights, you can discern that West was an incredible shooter.  And that tons of his long 2s were actually 3s in today's game.  Imagine throw the ball down on the post to Shaq.  He gets double teamed while West is planted about 25ft away from the basket.  Kick out to West for the 2 or in today's game.... a 3.

Ang gusto ko sanang nagharap yung Jordan-led Bulls (at their peak after Jordan returned from baseball) and the Olajuwon-led Rockets (at their peak with Drexler) in the mid-90s.

Ya nga the what if hehe. The year they drafted sampson, if they drafted drexler instead of rodney mccray, dang they could have been a dynasty hehe. Imagine drexler, and the twin towers hehe.

I also really wished jordan didn't retire and played the 2 championship teams of houston. Like maxwell said in the clutch city documentary, "google it" Chicago could not beat houston during those days and jordan told fran blineberry, a reporter for houston chronicle, that he is glad houston can't come out of the west. "They have no answer for that monster." Hakeem!!!

It is all about matchups. Houston could not win against seattle during those championship days.

Unless 'yung kids ng haters eh, hater din ni LBJ malamang nga na hindi tangkilikin. Pero kung 'yung Looney Toon Characters ang gustong panoorin ng mga bata, I don't think you should deprive them from watching the movie just because you hate LBJ.  ;)

/\  Lebron's not bad as an actor. In fact, he has been getting good reviews in the movie "Trainwreck" directed by Judd Apatow.  I gotta see this movie.

James knows how to deliver a joke and looks calm in front of the camera, which has always been what kills the appearances of sports stars in the past (think Brett Favre in “There’s Something About Mary” or all the NBA stars outside of Michael Jordan in “Space Jam“).  Brett Farve in ‘There’s Something About Mary.’ And Apatow/Schumer gave James a great character trait — trying desperately to be relatable when you’re a huge superstar.

I didn't even make the picture. Some other little guy made the picture so I just took it. It was the five best Lakers and the five best Bulls and I said we'll beat them by 50. That's how I feel and I'm sticking to it. I didn't say "Hey @ScottiePippen we will beat you guys by 50." "Hey @Rodman we will beat you guys by." I just said, I'll beat you by 50.

Now, he made it personal when he said, "@Shaq I don't believe in hypotheticals." He swung first so I'm going to swing second and I'm going to swing last. Because I don't let bums disrespect me. Yeah, he was a great player but I'm the bridge, he's the water. He will always be under me. Every now and then he will rise to the occasion to get to the same level as the bridge but when reality kicks in, I'm bridge, he is water, he is under me. Scottie Pippen can't disrespect me.

He made it personal when he put @Shaq, we got six rings like he was the main focus of the six rings. You were not the main focus of the six rings. Don't make me pull up the scouting report. You wasn't even a factor on the scouting report. It was all about Mike.

all along I thought they were just messing around. Seryoso pala sila sa asaran. haha

Exum most likely out for the season with a torn ACL. Ang malas ng NBA draft class of 2014. Puro injuries.

Jabari, Embiid, Randle and now Exum. Smart(also fractured his fingers this offseason), Vonleh, Mcdermott and Gordon also suffered injuries last season.
