I would like to ask if these TVs:
- 55JU6600 - Ultra HD
- 60J6200 - Full HD
Are they good in upscaling 480p movies? I have a lot of DVDs...
Also are they good in PS4?

Based on your variables, I would pick out the J6200 panel. It really looks fantastic for PS gaming, as I did not notice lags or annoying judder. For upscaling DVDs, it's not bad at all.
With the amount of money you could possibly save if you choose J6200 over J6600, you might as well spend it on something else. Like beefing up your home theater setup, etc.
