im not discouraging you sir in buying bluray players, but according to salesmen of appliance stores here in Manila, sad to say but the trend now is more on media players rather than disc players.

no harm though in buying if you can afford the price of bluray discs. because bluray discs are still much better than DL movies.

baka sir interested ka. I have a new samsung 3D bluray player/media player. It has a usb slot where you can plug your portable HDD directly. Only selling for P2,800.00
84" 100" 120" 150" Motorized or Manual Projector Screens still available. Just pm.

It's the trend because of the rampant downloaded pirated movies. If you're a serious enthusiast, I'm encouraging you to get a Blu Ray player. Salesmen? Nah, they usually don't know what they're talking about.

If I didn't have both a Blu-ray player and media player, I would go for a media player first. But, if I had a media player already, it wouldn't hurt to get a Blu-ray player so that you can still play your discs. Anyway, players come cheap nowadays.

To answer TS, there is this shop in Magnolia that sells a buy 1, take 1 player, hope they still have it. Good luck.

Sa Rob appliance store sale din philips 3D bluray player @3390. Few bucks difference 3d capable na king of playability pa. With RCA out and digital coax. With usb slot that can play hdd.
