How do I get a 4k resolution on Netflix? I just bought a 4k TV and the highest reso I can get on netflix is only 1080p. I'm already picking shows that have Ultra 4k resolution.

Are you subscribed to their HD plan? If you can see 4K shows, I think you’re good to go.

Check your TV settings.

Yes I can see 4k shows. Yun yung pinapanood ko pero 720 pa rin based sa TV display. Yung Netflix plan ko is 4 screens + Ultra HD so dapat I can watch at 4k.

Must be your connection. Netflix adjusts your resolution depending on your speed so you can still experience a decent viewing experience.

Ah. I see. Makes sense. Up to 3+mbps lang yung connection based sa TV display. Pag bumababa yung connection, bumababa din yung reso. Thanks.

Not sure if this has been asked here. I wanted to watch The Office US in Netflix but it's not available here in the Phils. Is there a  work around to see Netflix US shows aside from VPN?

Nope. Only solution is getting a VPN.

Get a trial account first . A lot of vpns do not work . And also develop issues over time like slowdowns or frequent outages , due to Netflix continuous effort to crack down ..

Just got back from a vacation in the US and after experiencing Netflix, I finally decided to subscribe last Friday. Wow! I'm addicted. Too bad it doesn't include American Horror Story pero I'm loving it. I'm about to lower my plan in my Skycable.

If I'm going to use my tv's built-in Netflix app,  paano ko mapapagana yung VPN? I'm so tired of the limited choices sa Netflix PH.

I'm using Google Wifi router.

Supported na ba ang Dolby Atmos sa Netflix PH? Tried watching shows na may Dolby Atmos based sa Netflix website pero puro Dolby Digital lang nakikita ko. Thanks

The following devices support Dolby Atmos with Netflix:

LG OLED TVs (2017 models or newer)
Sony BRAVIA Android TVs (2018 models or newer)
Windows 10 app (requires Windows 10 RS3 Build 16299 or later)

Getflix doesn't work well anymore and will only work on web browsers and even that sucks.

I'm surprised hindi napag uusapan ang Bird Box dito. I was getting a lot of ads for this on FB pero hindi ko pinapansin. But then kumalat sa opisina and I got intrigued. It's a pretty decent suspense/thriller. A mix between A Quiet Place and The Happening. Medyo bitin lang.

For a second I thought there was going to be a Walking Dead/Birdbox crossover! ;D

I’m using ExpressVPN. It works well for my TV, Android TV, Apple TV, MacBook and my mobile phones (iPhone X and Note 9).

Malaking differenc ba if we will use VPN?
Madami bang movies and TV shows na madadagdag. Mostly kasi nakikita kong VPN costs around 400 pesos per month. Para nadoble Netflix subscription hehe

sir, look for unlimited deals on VPN access, just a few months ago my sister was able to avail an unlimited VPN access for $30+ ... 400 per month just for VPN to watch Netflix for US is not practical ... in my case, I'm using Getflix (also unlimited) smart DNS service - unfortunately thit does not work well with Netflix US, so local lang Netflix ko ... definitiely mas madami contents yung Netflix sa US, tried it several times using my account when I'm traveling to US - madaming rated R na adult theme na wala dito, meron mga Asian drama/tv series na di available dito, and at that time yung mga latest Star Wars saga di available dito pero meron sa US (just to name some)

Sir raptor eto ba yun?
https://stacksocial.com/sales/vpn-unlimited-lifetime-subscription

yes sir, that's the one .... just do note that your router should be capable to be configured for VPN, otherwise limited sa PC mo yung pwede mo configure ... some routers do not have the feature to configure VPN access

VPN unlimited works great for Netflix at the moment . As I have a subscription for about 4 years . On and off din Ang Netflix nila may time almost a year di ko magamit . That was when I decided to subscribe to getflix.  But now it is the reverse getflix is barely usable while VPN unlimited works well

in my case I'm using Getflix smart DNS, I was lucky to avail of their unlimited sale last year ... it is able to access US Netflix, but from time to time you'll get an error while watching, then you just have to resume - working but really inconvenient ... hence, I turned it off for Netflix and just use it for other stuff ... Getflix works well with Sling TV, Direct TV, Hulu, and HBO Now

For Netflix Getflix unlimited account works with browsers only on a Mac or PC  Also quite slow . But if you have a regular account it works with all devices .
