^They changed the advertising format just for last Sat, they just did logo placements below the screen and live mentions and at the end of the show, tinadtad ng advertisements yung suot ni Jose ala Pacquiao.    8)

Actually matagal ng ginagawa ng EB yan, the Juan for All segment kahit nung wala pang Aldub lasts for 30 mins or more without break. Pero ang dami nila sponsor na namimigay ng premyo sa segment and within that time frame, live mentions and logo placements lang din.

I'm personally not a fan of ALDUB (my wife is), but that McDo commercial was pretty well made & quite catchy. Good one! ;D

tsk tsk tsk, nag iintay lang pala tayong may mag umpisa ng thread. I must admit I get annoyed at times but this thing you just cant resist watching. I don't think it has ever happened that a noontime show would bond the whole family together I mean usually yung mga nanays would watch but the children would not moreso the tatays pero etong aldub, tatay nanay anak lolo lola tito tita lahat na ng pamilya, madalas pa may viewing party.

I have friends na never kung iisiping manunuod nito lalaong hindi sila mahook dito pero mga die hard fanatics na din.

yung calvin abueva na tweet says it all hahaha.  #aldubeast na hehehe

apart from what's been said about traditional values, romeo/juliet, etc. etong aldub phenomenon rin ay culmination ng lahat ng pag-bombard ng mga romanticized hugot lines nila ramon bautista, marcelo santos III, papa jack, chico&delamar, boys night out (slickrick,tonitoni,samyg), bakit di ka crush ng crush mo, that thing called tadhana, buti pa ang roma may papa, etc.

embodiment na ito kaya cguro pumatok sa mga pinoy dahil all these years ay laging pang-hopeless romantics lang

Hahaha natawa ako nung lumabas yung 3 lola. What makes this phenomenon tick is the kilig and bitin factor. They created a new market.

I also heard their hosting fee if you want to invite them on your company Xmas parties was 600T before the Arena event, now it's a whopping 3M for Alden then 2 for Maine. Wow!

Nagsisisi nga ako kse sana bumili kme ng wife ko + 2 kids ng tickets. Nakatulong ka na plus gusto ko makapunta sa Philippine Arena. Best chance na sana yun kse daytime lang madaling mag drive. Nakita ko sa mga behind the scens na mukhang maaayos lahat ng pumunta, at walang untoward incidents. At best of all, meron sana akong aldub remembrance hehe. Ganda kaya hukayin yung tiket at mga aldub fan shirts etc 20 years from now! History na rin kse to.

Honestly I haven't seen an entire episode, a few snippets when my wife & son are watching on saturdays but if it means keeping the kids out of the streets & a lower crime rate (even if the difference is less than 1%) during the show - ala Manny Pacquiao fights, then I'm all for it  ;)
