the HK LE looks better.. and the R1/R4 planned releases are far more superior in terms of design.

Agree the HK LE looks much better. Will wait & see how will the other editions look like :)

The HK release indeed looks better but the disc features are the same as individual release.  Poor PQ & SQ.  I wonder what's R1 cooking.  Maybe in HD release.  All of the old Bond films certainly need improvement in PQ & SQ.  I will certainly not miss this opportunity to get this.  I've sold my previous sets for this.     :)
I hope the barrel gun packaging will push through.   :)

Heard that the 2-disc editions will be available by 5s per collection by November 7th. Can anyone confirm this? ;)

im a 007 addict and fan, yes read about this release and reviews say its is worth getting because it will be dts and remastered ata, its picture is way better compared to the special editions. Does anybody have this? Worth ba the upgrade, Saw it in HMV hong kong it cost 3500 hkdollar. Anybody know where to get this locally. ( If I can afford it ) Thanks

The R2 got less than favorable reviews on PQ on the Home Theater Forum. Some issues on framing and color correction (e.g. the golden girl in Goldfinger was improperly color balanced). Am having second thoughts about getting this set since there was talk of this being a flagship release on Blu-Ray.
