1st of all, guaranteed ba ng iPure20 na supported nya yung iPhone6/iPad Air using that adapter?  I have tried that adapter (but the one with short wire for more flexibility) sa iPhone 6 and 6+ and iPad Air sa bahay to my 30-pin Philips 9000 series speaker - hindi supported yung speaker ayon sa phones.  Before trying that, I had read reviews about the Philips 9000 speaker and it was supposed to support iPhone5/5S using that adapter, but I couldn't make it to work with iPhone6/+

Why not use Bluetooth? I connected my iPhone via Bluetooth and it paired ok sa HIFI show.

Since you like Peachtree products, you can get the BT1 module which you can connect via toslink to the Devialet and connect that to your iPhone via Bluetooth.
