Beyond Innovations Service Center Experiences

Pinatinging ko ang Denon receiver ko sa kanila. Ang sabi sa akin 4 days to 1 week for a diagnosis. Dec. 1 pa yun. Tinawagan ko kahapon at wala pa raw diagnosis.

Tanung ko, sa mga nagpatingin at nagpaayou sa Beyond Innovations, matagal ba normally ang servicing at diagnosing nila?

I'm not. Binabasa ko naman yung mga user experience sa mga iba ibang brand sa AVS Forum. Hindi naman problematic yung Denon. Software bugs nauupdate naman yung mga initial issues.

Pakiramdam ko, malas ko lang na nakalampas na ang warranty. For the price and features, ok naman sya.

May napaayos ka na ba sa service center nila?

just to clear im not afraid of Denon brand. im afraid of distributor service/warranty. nag search narin ako dito and saw another similar thread.

wala pako napaayos sa kanila pero hindi kasi mura yun mga gears involved so nagiingat lang... i mean no offense from my statement.

normally me after sales service dapat, and even after warranty expired, dapat babalik ka kung saan mo binile ang unit, maliban na lang kung sa abroad mo napickup...
but even then, Denon is a good brand and widely known, there's got to be an authorized service center...

wala pako napaayos sa kanila pero hindi kasi mura yun mga gears involved so nagiingat lang... i mean no offense from my statement.

None taken. Ako rin curious lang kung maayos ang service center nila. Sabi sa akin 4-7 days for diagnosis pero wala pang reply. For clarification lang, diagnosis lang, wala pang repair yun. Try ko uli next week sana may sagot na.

Yeah, dapat. Official Denon distributor na ang Beyond Innovations. Listed sila as the national distributor sa Denon site mismo.

matagal nag pagawa dyan, tapos yung distributor locally hindi din maayus kausap laya lalong na delay, 3 months yata total na inabot ko, plus sama ng luob at email sa denon at email sa beyond innovation , pati lalo sa LIS, paikkut ikutin ka

Sana naman hindi ganuong katagal. Balak ko nalang ay hindi na palampasin ng 2 linggo. Kung wala pang sagot pagkalipas ng 2 linggo, pa kuha ko nalang. Duda na nga ako dahil hindi tunipad ang usapan.

Meron ka bang mairerekomenda kung sakasakaling hindi nga nila maayos/mabigyan pansin sa wastong panahon?

hindi ko ma kasi pinull out kasi under waranty pa, sa LIS ko dinal at dun nila dinala,sabi nila may pyesa daw na kelangan from abroad pa, kaya tumagal, pero ang mahirap dun pag di ka nag follow up, walang magsasabi na tapos na, si osang nga hindi nya alam na tapos na, kasi nag email ako sa beyond innov e tapos na daw hindi nga daw nila alam kung bakit di pa nakuha..

ang nakakatawa lang dito eh natagalan sa distributor na dalhin sa BI, sabi nila wala daw masakyan, nag offer na nga ako na ako na lang magdala, ayaw naman nila.

Denon makes great products. Unfortunately, the distributor isn't as reliable as the brand.

i wonder if Denon sends local techs to train in Japan or else send japanese techs to train local techs...
Sansu Dan is one such tech, he was trained by japanese techs....

In my case my Denon receiver during the year 2000 I bought didnt reach 5years, usage was just like 3 times a month the most for movies & The Denon service center cant fix it anymore. Bad experience w/ Denon.
