Onkyo 5.1 NR-414 Setup help.

First off, I am a 2 channel guy, no experience with 5.1

I just installed an Onkyo receiver at my father in laws place, sadly there was no power during the install so i could not setup the crossover and speaker settings. Sadly my father in law could not set it up properly, even when armed with the manual he was pretty useless...

Can someone here please provide me a detailed instruction that a 6 year old can follow. I need to setup all the speakers to small and the crossover to 120 hz.

He also needs to adjust the bass level as the bass volume at the sub plate amp is at max, but the bass is still  weak.

Note : No TV/Monitor is connected to the AVR right now.

you need a tv bro para sa setup, hiram ka muna kahit yung simpleng TV lang. talagang mahirap pag wala.

normally mga newer receivers uses OSD "On Screen Display" parang mahirap ata na walang screen

May TV naman, di lang nakakabit, he just uses the AVR  for Audio listening...

Pa kabit ko na lang and guide ko using the manual online...
