It's difficult to make suggstions because preference is very subjective.  Probably the best advise I can give you is to make sure you audition your preferred setup above.  if you really like it and its sounds good to you, go for it, the only ears you need to please are yours, one mans nirvana may be another mans hell. Other receiver-speaker pairings you may listen to are wharfedale and pioneer, B&W and Marantz, Golden Ear and Marantz, Onkyo's and Pol Audio's.  the list goes on...just make sure you audition what you will purchase.

160k is a very good budget, for a room size of 25 Sqm I'd probably push you to buy a bigger sub, the pb1000 might be too small for you na, maybe a pb12 is more appropiate.

Denon and Onkyo are the more famous avr brands around. The x4200 is one of the best receivers you can buy within your budget for atmos/dts:x. Also consider the Onkyo txrz800 which has a beefier amp. Not sure if Onkyo already fixed the hdmi board and heat issues though.

If you don't have room treatment for your dedicated room, I would suggest na unahin mo muna yan beause napakalaking bagay sa sound quality ang treated room. That's one good investment sa dedicated room mo na definitely pangmatagalan. You can invest so much in good and expensive equipment pero kung hindi properly treated ang room mo, hindi mo masyadong ma-notice ang big difference in sound quality. May mabait at poging seller dito sa Pdvd that handles acoustic treatment. He has different products and can be tailor made to your budget, preference and requirement. When I had a budget to P150k before, I bought RTI A5, CSI A6 (biggest center), Warfedale DFS surrounds (which I still have, I moved to GE Triton 2) and most importantly, the sub. SVS PB12NSD.
My reciever is Onkyo 818, w/c I still have now.

Sorry,  i got the RTi a3.  RTI A5 is the floor stander pala.  Ok na ok ang A5 with my 38sqm room.  Basta pair it with sub pag movies.  Very satisfied.

Speakers nila ay designed for movies. Subwoofers naman ay monsters talaga, single 15, dual 15, dual 18 or triple 18. Pick your poison. Hehehe.

This is an excellent suggestion, ako I learned the hard way, hindi ako nagtreat agad ng room kaya ngayon naghahabol ako ng bass traps and all sorts of room treatment. napakaraming expert dito sa pdvd, isa na yan si master nelson, if you have the time visit his home, libre ang lesson about how sound behaves.  magdala ka lang ng tissue kasi baka magdugo ilong mo sa daming alam ni master N.

With your audio equipment reference, i assume wala pang projector and PJ screen or big TV to, right? If you'll include the cost of a Projector/TV, kulang ang 160K... But if you already have a PJ/TV then your budget is more that enough like -mhan-'s sample breakdown less the treatment

Go for the SVS ported sub like pb12 nsd since you will be using it for home theater. Mas better kung dual subs agad.
