Topic: Android TV Box for Cars?

Hi, I have a Pioneer AVH-5750BT installed on my car. I'm just wondering if there are Android tv boxes compatible with RCA and not HDMI? I would really love to have Waze running on my touch screen monitor and this is the best idea that I could think of. Currently, I have an ABS-CBN TV plus connected on the car, I'm planning to have an RCA switcher to have the Android box installed as well. Any tips on what specific brand to get which has a google play store? How much do they retail? Thanks a lot!

I think you would need a wireless keyboard/mouse to control it since your touch screen monitor is only used as a display panel -- might not be convenient for car use.
