Are you lights and power outlets connected to one Circuit breaker?

Nope, but ferrite core is for RF filtering, right ?

I would try to borrow from a friend another AVR.
Maybe the AVR is overly sensitive to fluctuations common with electronic type AVRs.
I would try to borrow a Servo Type AVR.

I also have the same problem. Pc monitor turns off  then on again, when i turn my electric fan or amp on and off. Amp and monitor and pc plugged on the same surge protector then voltage regulator. Fan is plugged directly to the voltage regulator.

May Servo AVR before the Surge protector. Forgot to put on the first post

Baka sagad na yun outlet kaya nag-aagawan ng current. Malakas kasi ang starting current ng mga ilaw etc.

Was also my first opinion but then the reply was the lighting is in a separate Circuit Breaker than the outlets.

Benj try installing a fan capacitor (around 2uF/400V or higher) across the surge protector.

How long are the HDMI cables? I had an issue with my long HDMI running from receiver to projector, the signal was cutting off whenever i turn on the AC or the lights.  Might be the interference combined with low signal to noise ratio, i dont know, but it was solved by replacing the cable with one with thicker gauge wires and better shielding.

1. When you say Fan capacitor, you mean square para sa electric fan ?
2. Around 2uF/400V or higher , Higher Voltage ?
3. Across the 2 live wires ?  (in short parang nag plug ako ng fan capacitor sa surge protector, tama ba ?)
