I got my MSII from sounds n images Cebu. 7.5K shipped to Manila.

I bought the MSIII 2nd-hand here but it goes for 10k brand-new.

Both are made in USA.

You're laptop has a built-in DAC na sir. Kung satisfied ka na sa tunog ng built-in DAC ng laptop mo, then you are blessed. Hehe! You may not need an external DAC.

However, ang simulain ng paghahanap ng dagdag gastos at pagpapaganda ng isang gamit ay ang pagkikinig ng magagandang system Hehe!

Or baka naman kasi may hinahanap ka na sound quality na probably hindi kayang ibigay sa iyo ng built-in DAC ng laptop mo, then the "Journey" begins!!!
