I would recommend the
Sony Bravia 65" X85K (about 50k-54K). It's Android TV, good pq (probably the best PQ in your budget), and already 120Hz capable (HDMI 2.1). On the lower end I would recommend the
Panasonic 65JX700S (about 30k-35k), it's a no-frills TV which supports all HDR standards (yup, ALL). Also runs on Android.
For a decent midrange choice, I would suggest the
TCL QLED UHD 65 C635; at under 45k, this can do wide color gamut, HDR10+ (yes, with a plus), Android TV, and 120Hz.
If you want size, at about 60k, the
TCL 75" P735 is the largest 4K tv you could buy for your budget that can do Dolby Vision and Wide Color Gamut.
For the Sharp 70 inch, I think the only thing going for it is the "Made in Japan" thing, otherwise, it is not really a good choice for a big tv in 2022.
