Not too many deserving guards to choose from in the East, unlike in the West. But I would vote for:

for the voting this year, it does not require to have a center, rather they require 2 guards and 3 front courts - so it doesn't have to be Davis or Cousins, pwedeng one of the power forwards

This is avery good move by the current champs. He will have so many open looks with the D concentrating on Kyrie and Lebron.

Plus they gain a solid court spacer by getting an outstanding 3 point shooter.
