I wouldn't say it's a big deal, as they already have a system. I don't know Kerr enough as a coach to say if he can coach on the fly during close games though.

I think factor ung pagkawala ni Kerr as coach sa finals, for me this is the reason why the GSW will not sweep the Cavs in this series (Im a Cavs fan btw). I've reviewed the Spurs-GSW series, and the GSW has not blown-out the Spurs given nawala si Kawhi, Parker & D Lee vs full strength all-star line-up of the GSW. Pangit kasi player rotation ni coach Brown, Klay hasnt got more ball touches, KD in perpetual ISO etc.
