Lepai amp repair?
« on: Jul 12, 2016 at 11:03 PM »
Hi! Does anyone know a good shop in Manila where I can have my Lepai amp repaired? May Lepai 7498E ako that turns on and even connects via bluetooth, pero walang output sa speakers.

Thanks!

You'd be lucky to find a shop or tech that will work on that. Most probably defective amp chip which is almost impossible to replace. Sad to say disposable ang ganyang amps.

Pero pwede pa siguro yan palitan buong amp board or use it as just a bluetooth/line preamp. Heavy modifications required nga lang.

Simce it is a small package, send it back to the importer or manufacturer for repair.

Email or call the store where you got it.

These Class D amps are IC laden, so repair is tricky.
