Hello,

Im a new member here. Sana po msgot nyo ang ktanungan ko. I have an old model 12volts portable dvd player. It's already 3 years old but still performing well. Recently, it will charge for just 5 minutes and I think the battery is almost dead. I don't want to replace the battery since it's quite expensive. But I really don't want to let go of my beloved dvd. Can i remove the battery and short it directly to ac? I don't want to try it carelessly since i might toast my beloved dvd. Hope you can help me.  Thanks  O0

Check if it has an external power input capability. And ano ang input voltage niya.

Mas conservative kasi kung papalitan mo na lang yung battery. Pag-ipunan mo na lang muna.

Can you post pictures of the connector and kung saan nakasaksak (port) sa dvd player mo?

Or have you also tried asking for prices of new dvd &/or bluray players nowadays?
