If you want to be seamless about it. . Why not just add your videos, then use a movie scrapper?
usually if you have no local art or files with your individual movie directories or folder it will automatically download it sa internet.

Just do not panic if your cover art at movie is not at sync for a few minutes. It will usually show the previous movie cover art if kodi is still downloading the cover arts from the internet.

Tapos pag satisfied ka na sa mga cover arts ng lahat ng movies mo do this.

Just ignore the part where you have to add videos since you already did it.

Kodi uses a single database or file for the movie arts etc etc. So if you want to back it up sa mga individual movie folders do the second link.

I made a booboo

.I was playing around with adding disks in kodi and left it scraping a few drives (12tb raid, 8x4TB) in hopes to put the indexes per drive.

Is that how it saves it (like in NMJ) ?

2.How do i delete the duplicate entries:

drives /mnt/sda1 which i the wrongly added as :
/mnt/sda1 labeled Movies BD.ISO
Another
/mnt/sdb label Xrampage.remux

Superbilis mag update at kakaaliw ang various settings to play around with.

remove the added videos folders by selecting or right clicking the folder then remove source.

To remove the thumbnails from your kodi interface. You need to Clean Library.

Thanks! Tidied up after a firmware upgrade, you mentioned right click i assume thats on an HTPC

Yes, On vanilla android remotes. There is a button that simulate right click.

q10 pro and q5 pro . I attached the 8 bay 4tb sa usb 3 maybe that helped a lot.

Looks like am letting go of my s900 and pch c200 units sooner.

i keep noticing everyone is asking if their android NMT's could show the full DB menu. and mostly saying theirs cannot.

I see there is a customization option with KODI on playing disc files (ISO). can someone please share the screenshots here on how to do this? I think (can't recall exactly) it's found in System --> Setting --> Playback

and there are only 3 options (as I recall, may be not the exact words):
- simplified menu
- play main movie
- main menu

I chose mine to set to play the main movie, instead.. please help correct me wherever I got it wrong. TIA!

Oh sorry no

I meant some BD.iso files will play simple menu and others with more complex bd menu won't play the menu at all on androids. I would think there are dependencies that are missing.

Will test BD soon this Xmas break

Tulong naman, di ma-recognize ng AVR ko DTSHD at TRUEHD using my new media player with KODI app. Pero using my old player which is Xteramer Prodigy nare-recognize nya DTSHD and TRUEHD. Passthrough already enable sa KODI and sa media player mismo. any other configuration needed? thanks.

what version of kodi you're using? baka may issue sa pass thru. try the native player - the one that is being advertise/recommended app by the manufacturer.

btw, i have minix neo x7 - flashed firmware to 250. laki ng improvement in terms of speed and stability.

Playback in kodi, someone shared his NMT 4K and 10-bit encodes reportedly hang and the only way to stop it since the remote is unresponsive is to unplug the power from the media player.

playing it outside kodi does not show the problem. I can't duplicate the problem in Himedia units though. Will borrow another brand NMT just to check.

Just a heads up sa mga kodi fans isolate using native player if in doubt
