Amp cleaning

My vintage Sansui is giving me static and a bit grounded as well. Where can I have it cleaned? Can Love electronics do the cleaning?

Ipapasabay ko na rin 'yung nagl-leak na capacitor ng board ng car dashboard cluster ko sana.
