Not sure about its KT88s but I prefer my Psvane 2A3 tubes over my RCA NOS 2A3, Sovtek 2A3, and Shuguang 2A3C tubes since they appear to have more detail than the others.  I've been meaning to try out the new Psvane 2A3C tubes too.

My experience on the PSVANE KT88.
1. Quiet floor sound.
2. Good low end.
3. Lacks high notes extension.
- must be designed to match bright chinese driver tubes.
It was ok but eventually reverted to GE6550 for the midrange and soul.

I only have 12SN7s and 12SL7s - no 6SN7s. I sold my extra tubes but I'm keeping some for spares.
