Haven't used this in a while. Not a regular TV broadcast viewer but using it now to get weather updates and classes/work suspension status. May CNN signal na din pala HD pa.

New user of RCA digital Tv Box here. I noticed that I couldn't get signal of CNN and Beam. Location is in Timog Ave. Unit is DV1603.

Done most of this. Still wondering why I can't receive CNN Philippines. Considering their transmitter is in Panay Ave.

Just checked my RCA digibox and seems like nawawala yung signal ng CNN and PTV4. Baka test transmission lang nung napanuod ko. Check your signal every now and then di naman ako kasi nanunuod ng regular tv broadcast. Although when I re-scanned the channels andun pa rin yung CNN but no signal.

BTW I'm not using the antenna provided with the RCA digibox because it sucks. I'm using the one from one of the MBB that I have.

My rca digibox conked out. Power source ata. My mom was watching and in the middle biglang nawala. Umiilaw na green pero wala.. I know it lights red when on standby pero kht red wala. Consistently green. Bought it two years ago. Barely used it. Just used for 1month ksi nawala cable signal nmin.. Dont want to repair this as the cost is almost same as brand new...

Sir, can you post a picture of the antenna? Thinking of upgrading it. Can't get signal from CNN, BEAM, Catsup.

I placed it at the roof flashing. It should point towards North. There are powered antennas (similar to Baron antennas) at Cdr-King before which you can try.

Same here, my RCA digibox suddenly won't turn On. Bought it more than a year ago. Maybe I will buy the ABS-CBNs TV Plus at Ace Hardware. Don't want also to send it for repair.
