Possible ba to sa wetek play 2?

-watch HD tv channels like E! HD, HBO HD movies, etc. ng Skycable, if yes, i-downgrade ko na Skycable plan ko to basic plan na lang. internet ko is 3 Mbps need ba mag upgrade?
-connect the Skycable line to Wetek's TV tuner - may mapapanuod ba ako nun o wala?possible ba?
-since may TV tuner sya, mag-work din ba sya like ABS-CBN TV Plus?

No not possible since sky boxes have their own proprietary chip that corresponds with its own programming from the central station. Your wetek like any other tuners do not.

Skycable feeds are encrypted now and you need a smart card to access. I don't think you can access it via the wetek play 2.

As for TV Plus - the specs say that the built-in tuner can either be DVB or ATSC. Since TV Plus is on ISDB-T format you're out of luck there too.
