Hi guys, ran across this thread while researching for a new 49in to 55in flat panel for our room. Been researching for a week now pero still can't decide on a brand and model. Will be using it for TV and Netflix, unsure if I will be getting a PS4 anytime soon din.
Have a budget of 35k.
Shortlisted LG, Samsung, and Sony brands. We liked the Sony X7007 and X8000 (bit out of budget) but don't know the diff besides android TV on the X8000.
Also looked at the Samsung UA49MU6303 curved UHD. Not sure if gimmick lang yung curved kasi we noticed it caught a lot of reflections if not watching from the center.
Included LG in shortlisted brands but have no idea what their comparable model is. Their service was superb on our old tv, changed the lcd when it showed one vertical dead pixel line no questions asked and took a week max.
Hopefully you guys can shed some light so we can finally get our new TV. Thanks!
