just my opinion on AD's decision that he wants to go to a team that can consistently win - star players should be the ones guaranteeing the wins, not the team ... same mindset as Durant ... looking to join other stars to win championships is overall bad for the NBA, not good for parity of competition ... GSW was able to win a championship before Durant, same with Miami winning before LBJ and Bosh, and the Nuggets are now winning in the West with mostly homegrown talents ... it really takes time to start winning, even MJ did not start winning immediately, I hate these shortcuts and really feel bad for NOLA - AD is synonymous to NOLA, it's like the team loses character if he leaves

it's not even $$$ because the current team can give him max contract ... it's like the player's the one buying trying yo buy the ring ... Jalen Rose' reaction is quite the same as mine - franchise players are supposed to be the one to bring the wins

That's the sad reality of the NBA nowadays ............ gumanda at bumilis nga ang laro, pero parity suffers since superstars want to align with each other.

Also, the NBA has long been watered down - too many teams, too many unnecessary games. Kaya generally ang tendency, puntahan sa big-market teams at naiiwan ang mga small-market teams.

Ironic, a few years ago, kahit mismo si Lebron sinabi na dapat mag-bawas nang teams ang NBA.

Like I said, AD should be sent to the EAST ............ kahit paano gumanda ang overall league parity.

Para sa mahilig sa stats. Luka Doncic is the first teenager in NBA history with a 30-point triple-double. He has 2 of the 3 triple-doubles by teenagers in NBA history (Markelle Fultz has the other).

Indeed sad, some have become a cupcake. But there are still some players that want to stay with their teams no matter what. I salute them.

sayang kasi yung pelicans, contender sila last season. tapos they gave away cousins and rondo. kung nakabalik yung previous lineup nila, for sure pasok sila ulit sa playoffs

I never believe in big market vs small market teams. Perfect example is okc. Small market yan afaik. You still have westbrook and george who will play there.

Trend now is really, if you cant beat them, join them.

Actually if you look at their team makeup, they may just need a player or two. Maybe they should get rid of their coach. Gentry may be overrated.

Well, Westbrook was a draft-pick of OKC (SONICS) .......... he can make the most money (CBA rules) and they've contended and he's developed as one of the league's best. He stayed.

PG13 was supposed to go the LAKERS, he admitted as much .......... yet the lone season with OKC, winning 48 games convinced him to stay.

There are small-market teams that are run extremely well, like OKC with Sam Presti (descended from Popovich no less), kaya they get to contend and stay relevant to FA's.

Pero generally, small market teams always get the end of the stick in the NBA.

LOL that is cheap for AD.

KCP + Ball + Ingram + Kuzma = AD is more like it.

Lakers better make it happen by the trade deadline.  If it drags on during the summer, Boston at the very least has a much better offer.

^ Nakalimutan ko kung kaninong statement, pero hindi daw preferred ni AD sa Boston because they (his camp) is convinced that Kyrie is not re-signing with Boston in the summer.

Yes he did.

Yet, there is a "growing belief of uncertainty" around the league Kyrie will not.

The decision though on where AD might end up still resides with the Pelicans as he's still under contract through the 2019-20 season.  Much like Kawhi preferring a Los Angeles team but ended up with Toronto.

Sa LA Clippers lilipat yan. Dun din lilipat si Kawhi and Irving next season. Magkikita silang 3 dun to form a formidable championship team.
