The modern NBA requires GM's, Presidents, etc to be serious, analytics-based fellows ............ Magic is old school, showtime - many instances in the past where he showed very personal choices on players, picks ex. MCW, Jimmer, Brandon Knight, etc

with Magic Johnson out, they would likely not pursue AD anymore and just look for big names on the free agents ... I personally think that either they can let go of LBJ or LBJ leaves them if LBJ's ties are with Magic Johnson

Hindi pa ba naiintindihan ng mga teams na instant super teams don't work anymore? Miami won 2, one against a baby Thunder team and one against the Spurs but Ray Allen had to literally save them. Then the following year they were beaten by the Spurs in the most lopsided Finals ever.
