pag binili ko kasi - bibili din ako ng lcr3, tapos tempted to get another pair for surrounds... walang katapusan  :)

kaya hala ka - nasa iyo ngayon ang sumpa  ;D ;D

just kidding  :) peace

Actually, Im enjoying watching movies in stereo (2 channel lang). Have been a 2 channel advocate for a long time. While most were jumping into DTS already I was only then going for the pro-logic. But before I jumped into DTS balik stereo ulit ako.

After being off from the audio/movie viewing for 2 years before since I went for PC building/gaming my love for audio listening came back only last quarter of 2003.

Then I sold my prologic gears - Kenwood KA-V6000 and KLH speakers. Then bought a Rotel RA-980BX stereo amp from Crisel here. Next a new set of MS914 speakers. For the CD player Im using just an old Kenwood LD player.

And after acquiring the DM303 I come to use this for HT application and my original MS914 for audio listening.

whey  :P :P . . . . ang haba nito.  :D

I hope I keep my patience on not upgrading . . . . however on lookout pa rin ako for any good buys here.

Well what can I say pag sars ang kumapit bili ang punta. Palagay ko yan ang sumpa at palagay ko lahat tayo rito meron nyan he he he  ;). Thanx  ;D

Bossing Ok na naman  ;), medyo na brake in na ata kasi halos 4 hours a day on the average ako kung makinig sa music. Suave na tumunog ika nga itong MS914 ko rito.

The MS914 is really a good speaker (IMHO), its just like a 2-way bookshelf speaker (BS) having a bigger box. The benefits - deeper/sweeter  bass response plus no more stands bro (stability). And for the price - its just like buying a BS with stands to go. Sound wise, the MS914 ay hindi pahuhuli and as I said "good for long term listening pleasure". :D :D :D

Pero bro just a piece of advice - thou I am advocating for the MS914 my preference maybe different from yours. For one my amp is a Rotel yours is a NAD. So before jumping on the MS914 try to audition as many speaker you think would match your NAD C350.

Try also the B&Ws (ayos ba modz & sori for OT), monitor audio, Kef, etc. Kasi bro the best thing about choosing your speaker is the auditioning stage. Let your ear ika nga decide on whats best for you and besides that - your pocket also :) :) :).

So that in the end hindi ka magsisisi .... at huwag mo kaming sisisihin he he he. Kasi pag sa amin ka nakininig naku panay palit ka....

But whatever set-up you end with, do enjoy the music bro . . .  . because thats whats this is all about. OK  8)

Chow :)

Visited Sights & Sounds earlier........and I still enjoy listening to the DM303. Even thou I have series 600 in my audio & HT, I still get a blast listening to the entry level 303s - ang galing nya for a budget speaker talaga. It has tons of great reviews & they are still being mentioned and compared by reviewers in reviewing other brands pa :o

I had a special treat earlier since S&S also have the 303's bigger brother - the DM309. I first heard it kanina at napa-WOW ako.  :o It has the sonic character of the 303 but has more punch in the bass department ;)

Hmmm.......eseep eseep  :D ;D

Contemplating of buying a new cd player to replace my sony cdp-761 ( hifi choice best buy '96 ) which is starting to demonstrate the "no disc" syndrome in frequent intervals.
Wonderin' if the cambridge audio azur 540C V2.0  would be a viable front end for the DM 303 ( driving amp is the ably yamaha rx-v493 ).
 Opinions, pls.
