I have no knowledge or interest in home theater stuff but I did watch the FB video. I was curious how much the whole thing cost so I did a little digging. Here's the setup shown in the video:

Speakers
JTR Noesis 215RT (upright speakers) - 3,999$ x 2 = $7,998
JTR Captivator 40000ULF-ST (front subs) - $4,299 x 2 = $8,598
JTR Noesis 210HT ($1799) or 210RM ($2699) (center) - $2,699 (assuming it's the latter, the video isn't clear enough to distinguish what model it is)
JTR Captivator 2400 (rear subs)  - $2999 x 2 = $5,998 (said to be "3200 Captivator" but there is no such model in JTR's product page)
JTR 110HT SL surrounds - 1,249$ x 12 = $14,988

Amps
D Sonic M3a-4500-3 - $3,275.00
D Sonic M3a-2800-7 - $3,275.00 x 2 = $6,550
Denon AVC-X8500H (£2,999.00) = $4,161.67

$54,267.67 x 48.36 = PhP 2,624,140.32

AVRs (servo motor)
Stavol ST-5kVA AVR x 2 (for front subwoofers) - PhP 8,399
Imarflex SED-5000S (3500W) AVR - PhP 19,000

TOTAL: PhP 2,651,539.32

Excludes other stuff like the projector since it wasn't mentioned in the video.

I heard Kramer's average meralco bill per month is P100,000. Could be more I guess.

Well, if he can afford those gears I figure he can afford the 100k monthly Meralco bill.

Incidentally, I was surprised at how expensive the Imarflex 3.5 kW AVR (19k) is, considering the Stavol 5 kW AVR is only 8.4k.

That total doesn't include the room itself, the acoustics, the seats, lighting, wiring, AC, design, installation, projector, screen, automation etc.  My best guess is that if all of those are included then the total might breach 4M to 5M.

Mukhang passion naman ni Kramer yung HT.  I just hope he enjoys and uses it daily instead of it being just a room to wow guests and friends when they come over.

Had a chance to watch the vlog. Very cool HT.
WAF is non-existent though. Getting vibes that she is tired of the lifestyle.

I have no home theater stuff but that LED glowing thing around the screen doesn't make sense to me. It seems like an unnecessary distraction and at the worst might even affect the contrast on the projection screen. I've never been a fan of people outfitting their stuff (tables, computers, etc.) with bright glowing RGB strips. I have an RGB strip in my computer but it's perpetually on a single color and turned down to the lowest brightness. Some people outfit their PCs with a multitude of RGB stuff like fans, the AIO liquid cooler, GPU and even RAM sticks, sometimes with rotating color schemes. It's what i call RGB vomit.  ::)
