mga sirs may question sana ako re: sa playback ng cd players. an uncle of mine gave me his Onkyo Integra R1 CD Player as a gift kasi nag upgrade sya. I find the sound much superior compared to my older Sony ES CD player pero I noticed that on some CD's na may slight scratches nag ski-skip yung Onkyo. Those same CD's naman walang problema sa playback nung Sony ES ko. Had the lens of the Onkyo cleaned already. medyo nag lessen pero may tracks pa din na nagski-skip. I find it wierd kasi dun sa Sony CD player ko walang problema yung same CD's na hirap yung Onkyo and mas older pa yung Sony compared dun sa Onkyo. A friend of mine told me that may mga player daw na sobra sensitive sa mga gasgas. is this true?

that's why the best talaga ang NAD cdps.... kahit anong CDs ipasok mo babasahin nya at di sya namimili... NAD players are also known for their versatility

Ill be very interested on the result of the shootout with your sony 227 esd. I have a sony 337 esd but I think your cdp will be very similar to mine. Pls post results, thanks.

this is a great idea for a shootout! to avoid being brand victim hehe

in different hi-fi mags, they use blind tests for judges to avoid being brand victims.
