Its ironic that when Zion was drafted by the Pels, the Knicks fan base were crushed because they missed out on a once in a generation player. They settled for RJ Barret that year and signed up Julius Randle who was let go by the Pels due to the arrival of Zion Williamson.  Two years after that draft...the Knicks now have a better team than the Pels without signing any big name free agents.

Just goes to show that there are some coaches that can unlock the full potential of a player while some coaches stunt the growth of other players.

I really think that the championship this year will be decided by injuries and covid ... di natin alam if who will be available to play in the playoffs, baka sa first 2 rounds pa lang may malaglag na na favorite team due to player injuries or covid protocols ... ngayon pa lang, dami na team na impacted due to posptponed games, etc.

Bihira ang nagkita sa Finals ng full strength ang both teams.  I hope we don't get to be robbed of that chance to see the Nets and the Lakers sa finals with both teams fully healthy.  Grabe kasi attrition when playing 82 games plus 4 rounds ng 7 game series sa playoffs.  Extraordinary pa situation ngayon because of the short turnaround between seasons tapos compacted schedule.

Same observation that I have with him. During his post Durant OKC years, he want able to elevate the team to compete despite his flashy stats. They swapped him for CP3 an we all know what he did for OKC in just 1 year. Instead of a rebuilding year they managed to remain surprisingly competitive.

Iba talaga pag bata pa ang player...LaMelo Ball who was initially diagnosed to be out for the season with a fractured wrist is now given the green light to resume normal activities. He may play in a week's time.

The buzz on Steph is deserved - he is shooting the 3 at an all time high level.  That is saying something for the guy who institutionalized the 3 into the weapon it is today. A team that sucks at the 3 has almost no chance of winning. The 3 is now almost a must-have skill for any aspiring NBA star.  Now I love Russell Westbrook but he sucks at the 3.
