The Nuggets are reportedly going to limit the minutes of their starters for the game against Portland later, which should assure that the Blazers are going to get the 6th seed. So it’s looking more likely that the Lakers will battle the Warriors in the West play-in tournament.

9:00am WAS @ BOS

The Mavs also seem to be deliberately tanking their game against the TWolves and are settling for the 6th seed (with the Blazers going up to 5th with their impending win over the Nuggets). The Mavs will play the Nuggets in the first round if the Clippers go on to drop their final game as well.

Utah is also on its way to getting the top seed overall.

I thought Dallas was assured of the 5th seed even if they lose by virtue of being the Division champs? And thus taking it easy with Minnesota.

You're right. If the Lakers also go on to win, it's a three-way tie so Dallas gets the 5th seed and the Blazers are 6th.

So confirmed Western Conference first round matchups:

DEN (3) v. POR (6)
LAC (4) v. DAL (5)

Curry is also dangerous without the ball. Siguro yun yung i-focus din ng Laker defense.
As for GSW, my opinion, make LBJ more of a scorer than a facilitator and limit LAL 2nd chances, which is difficult with the 2 ADs.
I think Curry, LBJ and AD should play 48 mins.
In any case, I hope na hindi tambakan yung laro.

Caris LeVert will not suit up for IND during their play in games due to Covid protocol. Imagine if your team gets all the way to the finals then your go to guy gets prohibited from playing due to Covid protocol.

^^ Malas ng Pacers. Having one of your main players get sidelined because of health and safety protocols is one of the worst things that can happen to any team in these playoffs.

But McDermott is picking up the slack right now. Iba talaga pag knockout game - anybody’s ballgame na kung sino mainit.
