Murray pala will miss almost 60% to 70% of next season. Good thing he was able to secure that massive contract prior to that possible career ending injury. In July of 2019, the Nuggets locked Murray in for a 5-year, $158 million max extension so financially he is set in case his career goes south due to this injury. He also signed a multi year sneaker deal with new Balance last December 2020. What sucks is that we as fans might get deprived of seeing him at the apex of his basketball ability. I really believe that the Murray that we saw last year in the playoffs is just a sneak peak of what he can become in 2 to 3 years.

It is very sad to see young players fall to a serious injury like Murray. I hope makabalik pa sya at magaling pa din pag balik.

Also, with the advancements in surgery, i'm sure mas maayos na mare-repair yung ACL niya coupled with the top notch rehab and recovery facilities they have there. tumataas ang chances ng athletes to come back from serious injuries.

ACL injuries parang less than a year na lang to recover. Maybe around 10 months. The more devastating injury nowadays is the Achilles tear. Yan more than one year..

Could be a coincidence but all these players (including Murray) played in last season’s bubble.

Hope they televise the HOF induction on May 15. Also fitting that David Robinson will be Tim Duncan’s presenter, while Hakeem will present Coach Rudy Tomjanovich. I don’t get why Kevin Garnett will be presented by Isiah Thomas?
