Screw same size as the hole in the terminal. By slowly turning it in the pulling it out w/ a plier or long nose.

This method solved my dilemma before when a cheap female RCA terminal broke and left the center pin lodged in the male end of the RCA at the back of my CDP.  Difference lang is I used a screw extractor (smallest size) to pull the broken center pin.  You can also use a similar sized screw
Pioneer Elite/Dynaudio/REL 7.1 THX
Pioneer DDJ SR2/Pioneer DM60/Mac Air M1
Sonos/NHT 2,1 sub sat

Thanks all for the tips. I was able to pull it using a magnet and a long nose pliers.
