^ I agree. First episode had potential but then started to downward spiral. Mostly kasi ang tatanga lahat ng characters.
Ang dami dami mga signs na something is awry sa flight, specifically na nakapatay yung Wi-Fi na paulit ulit pino-point out, and everyone just brushes it aside. Funnily enough, the hijacking wouldn't be suspicious had the planner not ask for the Wi-Fi to be turned off - pinakuha naman niya mga phones anyway, so what's the point?
Yung mga cleaners na pinapadala para iligpit mga nasa ground willing na willing pumatay ng kung sino (pati pulis pa nga!) and as quickly as expediently as possible... pero pag dating sa anak ni Idris Elba ilang beses pinagbibigyan, lmao.
Pati yung pulis hindi ni-clear ng maayos yung plane kung accounted for ba lahat ng hijackers. Bumalik pa si Idris Elba para kunin yung bracelet. And ano pinag-aawayan nila? Wala naman sila masamang tinapay ni Neil Maskell, haha.
Even the motivations of the hijackers (na supposedly some original idea) is a rip-off. Ganyan na ganyan strategy sa Blood Red Sky - may financier that's manipulating the stock market by making the hijacking as bad as possible.
This is the second straight Apple TV series I've watched (the first one was the incredibly stupid Liaison) that were disappointing. Okay naman sila before this - Defending Jacob, Ted Lasso, The Morning Show, and so on.
