Anyone who knows someone who can charge/ remagnetize Alnico speakers?

I have 3pcs of Audio nirvana Super 8 alnico that needs to be recharged.

11 years old na rin kasi at di na pantay pantay ang spl nila.


Anyone can point me to the right direction?
