I think Bane, Kennard, and even Towns have least effort with their shots, and may have a chance.

They are lucky if they can get a spot in the play in tournament but even then it guarantees them a first round exit.  They couldn't tank because its useless since they traded away all their picks till 2026.   What they could do is to play out this season to increase the trade value of some of their players.  What they shouldn't do is to try to salvage this season and swing for a trade before the trade deadline that will jeopardize their flexibility even further for the next three years.

Russel Westbrook is owed 91 million dollars total for this year and the next.  He is the highest paid player in the roster. Its just a poor fit from the get go.
