Do you have it at the center height of the screen or 1/3 from the bottom of the screen?

I think Tama yan. Mine is 3ft from base of the tv to floor.

Ours is a little off the center, about two inches. But did not follow any conventions during installation, just a haunch 🙂

the height of my tv rack is 2ft, the center of the 55-inch tv is slightly below my eye level ... I am following an advice for computer monitors saying that it is best to have computer monitors below eye level, that way you do not have to completely open your eye lids ... they were saying that if your eye lids are fully open while viewing the computer monitor, your eyes would have a tendency to dry up and get more strained ... back in the 90's when CRT monitors were still the commonly used monitors, nauso yung mga computer desk na nakapahiga and nasa baba yung mga monitors for this reason

yung una ko setup, eye level..

eh may binili kami cabinet na pwesto sa ilalim ng TV.. naging 1/3 bottom of the screen ang setup..

mas maganda for me yan 1/3 bottom, parang mas malaki tingnan yung screen ko..

Centered at the eye level kami nung una. Kaso nung hinampas ng 2 yr old ko yung TV namin, mas angat na. Sakit nga lang sa mata at leeg.
