So lets revisit what the Nets lost in the past 3 years to get that third Superstar in their line up.

Nets trade these players and assets to get James Harden:
Jarrett Allen
Taurean Prince
Caris LeVert
Rodions Kurucs
three first round draft picks (2022, 2024 and 2026)
four first round pick swaps (2021, 2023, 2025 and 2027)

After just one year, they trade James Harden to get Simmons.
Brooklyn receives:
Ben Simmons
Seth Curry
Andre Drummond (w/c they lost to free agency)
2022 first-round pick (unprotected)
2027 first-round pick (protected)

Seems to me like they traded all those assets to get a Seth Curry in the end.....they are getting nothing from Ben Simmons.

Correct. Kahit bigyan mo ng Inter Barangay level of team mates si MJ eh gagamitin nya oras nya para mag isip kung paano sila mananalo...he wont waste his time ranting about the caliber of his team mates.

In the end....Jerry Krause did his job very well by getting the players that MJ needed to support him. Kudos as well goes to Reinsdorf for bankrolling the 8 year run which yielded 6 titles. They just had to break it up due to cost and internal issues. I personally feel that they could have gotten 2 more had they kept the team intact and infused young players. MJ should have had 8 rings.

Any Team owner or GM that breaks up the core of a championship team without even giving them an opportunity to defend the title is just plain stupid.

Ilang dekada na since the Bulls were relevant? Ganung kahirap to reach the top of the hill sa NBA. Just ask SAC, OKC, WAS and all the other teams who are in perpetual limbo. Baka lumilipad na sasakyan natin eh hindi pa din aabot sa finals yung mga team na yun.

this is the same sentiment that I have when AD requested to be traded to Lakers because the Pelicans are not winning - isn't it supposed to be the best player in the team that's responsible for winning ... for the opposite reason I admire Dame Lillad
