I don't think the Warriors will be able to defend the title. The woes of LAL is already a given at the start of the season since they are hugely handicapped with the salary of RW and they were unsuccessful in moving him in the offseason. What's surprising is the steep drop off of the Warriors switching defense. The offense is still there but their defense took a huge hit. Napakalaking bagay pala nila Payton. Porter etc sa team. That and the underperformance of Poole and Wiggins (coincidentally after getting the money) is the difference maker.

Even Dallas might miss the playoffs if they do not get any semblance of consistency coming from players not named Doncic. Napaka inconsistent ng laro ni Hardaway, Wood etc.

Cuban really miscalculated that Jalen Brunson gamble. Last year they were winning even when Luka wasn't playing.

Baka naman they are taking it slowly, pwedeng after the all-star week or they dont have to be the top team so long as pumasok sila sa magic 5 or even top 10 of the conference. Mahirap kasi baka ma-injure mga players, last year nga kaunti ng umabot ng playoffs ang injuries ng warriors!
