Poor shooting by Westbrook but his hustle and offensive rebounding won this for the Clips. Kawhi had a monster game - vintage “playoff Kawhi”.

Had to give props to Coach Ham for preparing a very good defensive plan vs. Ja Morant and the Grizzlies. The Lakers made it a point to stop his high flying penetration which frees up his team mates. Ja had 6 turnovers before going out due to injury. He had several offensive fouls and travelling calls because he was up in the air with nowhere to go.

Notice when AR15 exited the court after the game? The first one to congratulate him was none other than Rob Pelinka. Rob better prepare that contract soon because all GM's are now looking at AR15 and wondering what will it take for him to suit up for THEM.

Everything clicked for the Lakers. Rui, Russel, Vando etc. Schroder played only spot minutes but he gave hell to Morant by picking him up end to end.

This was the best win for this team all year.

3-19 shooting ni Westbrook, nagkakalat sa opensa pero grabe naman ang hustle at energy nya. Na shoot din nya 2 clutch FTs.

Parang hindi gaano aggressive si KD sa opensa 15 shots lang tiinira nya, although 1 rebound lang kulang nya para maka tripol-dobol.

Yup. They have a winning record without Ja in the lineup but they are also missing Steven Adams and Brandon Clarke both of whom play heavy minutes in their rotation. Hopefully he recovers para walang doubt ang outcome for both teams.

MEM has the best home record this year, Its difficult to win in their home court. Many teams just get blown out once they play in MEM,

After the game, Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins said that X-rays on Morant's hand came back negative, which is good news for Memphis. Morant will continue to be evaluated over the next couple of days leading up to Game 2 in the series on Wednesday. The star guard told reporters that he's in "a good bit of pain" and added that his status for the next game is "in jeopardy."

SAC is a team of great shooters and they can out-rebound the Warriors. Delikado GSW dito especially if they don't take care of the ball. I like Looney as center better than Green. Small ball doesn't work when your starters are no longer spring chickens.
