Let's not forget the brilliance of Coach Spo and Pat Riley ... on paper this Miami Heat team is a marginal playoff team, even during the lockdown, they were able to reach the finals - now they just ousted the team with the best season record

MIA just became the first team to have participated in the play in tournament and advanced to the next round. They beat the #1 seed at that.

Hopefully the Lakers will become the second team to advance.

The way things are going mukhang yung mga seed ng magqualify sa east (2,3,5,8) is the opposite nung sa west (1,4,6,7). Sa 2nd round, 1-8 seed represented pa rin.

For sure Zion belongs to that group.

But the expectation on Kawhi (and PG13, whom Kawhi asked the team to hire) is bigger. Championships from the get-go. It's been 3 years and the Kawhi-led Clippers haven't come close, mostly because he is absent - injured or load managing at critical times.

Zion was only available to play for 35% of the total games in 4 NBA seasons. He was then extended for 5 years (195M). His contract has stipulated weight clauses.

Word is that he was cleared to play for that play in tournament but he didn't meet the weight clause. He was doing windmill dunks during the shoot around sa play in tournament then sat on the bench and his team was eliminated.

Very bad optics in front of the fans of NOP.
