For years the Mavs suffered from size deficiency especially inside the paint. Sabonis used to toy with Powell, Klieber, or whoever journeyman center the Mavs had - Javale, Wood, Boban.  Those days are over.  Today, Sabonis was shackled by Lively who was taller and faster.  Denver is known for their size but when they lost to the Mavs, Jokic commented “they are bigger than us”.  The acquisition of Gafford and Washington has transformed this team in ways few could have anticipated.

Umiiwas sila in finishing at the 8th seed.  DEN agad yun sa round 1.  I'm sure they would rather face OKC or MIN in round 1.

yeah, they might not even make it to the play-ins but we will wait and see..  as a fan, just hoping that they can take each playoff matches one game at a time, no aiming high.. 😊
