High praises for Viva all-round for this stunning R3 release.. I just found my copy... actually, a friend found it for me... at Cinderella of all places! This is a great R3 package, with a cool 2-disc amaray case and inserts to go with it! I'm very impressed... More value than R1, definitely! Hope we can expect more like this from Viva... esp. with Finding Nemo just around the corner...

Just got another update from Viva. The DVDs are now "safely" in their warehouse. Deliveries should start after the weekend.

Yes, we can now proceed with the raffle. The only thing we will require from the 2 winners as per Viva's instructions is proof that they've paid for the Lion King R1 DVD. We'll contact the winners directly, ask them to fax in their invoice, then make the announcements here in PinoyDVD.

just called Astro Robinsons Place Ermita to confirm my order. They said the R1 DVD is already there, pero wala pa ung cap. Kasi di pa raw dini-deliver sa kanila ng VIVA.

mukhang mas maaga ko pa makukuha ung T3...

Hopefully sure na ung tomorrow, together with the T3 action figures..

Naku ha, they said it will come with a cap so they owe you a cap daigoro so make them singgil.

Further clarification please. Caps for the R1 are available only for the first 200 placed preorders, right? So this means that not everyone who purchases the R1 is supposed to get a free cap?

Based on the preorders, everyone should still be able to claim a cap. Am meeting with Viva again later so I'll clarify the matter. As far as I know though, there's enough for everyone.

Sobra na yan! Gross inefficiency na talaga yan, sobrang delay na nga yung Lion King R1 pre-order na delay pa rin yung cap? Don't tell me na hold rin sa customs at VRB yung cap. Wow galing naman talaga!

Pioneer it's not about the cap naman eh, yung nakakainis yung nag-commit sila tapos lagi ganyan di lang ito yung case na ganito sa mga promos nila.

yup, you're right, ganito rin sabi ni siriusblack..
kaso naiinis ako kasi plano ko once lang ako pupunta dun to get everything (including T3 w/ action fig)... Kaso parang bitin na bitin na ako, knowing na ung ibang branch ng ASTRO, meron na... parang napag iwanan ng panahon itong Rob place branch e! :'(
